Privacy notice
Privacy, with clear limits.
Effective 24 September 2026. This notice describes how the current Tilak GTM site handles information.
Business enquiries
When you submit an enquiry through /book or another contact form, the details you provide are sent through server functions and stored in the site database. This can include your name, work email, company, website, role, business context, timing, target market and budget band, together with the source page, an anonymous browser session ID, first-touch attribution and the time you accepted this notice. Tilak GTM uses this information to assess fit and respond to your enquiry.
AI GTM readiness assessment
For each completed assessment, the site stores an anonymous session ID, your 12 structured answers, any company size, GTM motion and operating environment selections, and the resulting score, band and dimension scores. The assessment itself does not ask for your name, email, company name or free text. If you separately request a brief or subscribe to notes, the contact details you enter in that form are stored separately as an enquiry.
First-touch attribution
On your first visit, your browser stores a small first-touch record locally: the landing page path, the referring website's domain, and campaign parameters in the link, including UTM fields and gclid when present. This record is saved to the database only if you submit an enquiry.
First-party product events
The site records limited first-party interaction events linked to an anonymous session ID, such as page views, button clicks, form starts and submissions, assessment activity and scheduling clicks. Event properties are restricted and are not intended to contain personal information. No third-party analytics identifier is currently connected.
What not to submit
Do not enter confidential, customer-identifiable, regulated, financial, health, legal or security-sensitive information in any form or assessment.
Service providers
The website and application run on Lovable, and site data is stored in Supabase. After a successful enquiry, you may choose to open Calendly to schedule a call. Clicking that button takes you to Calendly, where the booking details you enter are processed under Calendly's own privacy terms; Tilak GTM does not automatically send your enquiry-form payload to Calendly. Messages sent to @tilakgtm.com aliases may be forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the owner's mailbox. HubSpot, Apollo and third-party marketing analytics are not currently connected to this site.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for enquiry handling, business records, security and applicable obligations. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, email privacy@tilakgtm.com. Requests may require reasonable verification before action is taken.
Local browser storage
The site keeps an anonymous session ID and the first-touch record described above in your browser's local storage. It does not currently use third-party marketing analytics identifiers.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet system is risk-free. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information through this website.
